Are you accepting poster presentations?
Yes. If you are interested in presenting a poster, please submit an abstract to director@ruralcancer.org. Abstract submissions should be 250 words or less and include the title, authors, background, methods, results, and conclusion (if applicable). Abstract submissions close on March 17th, 2026.
What is the dress code?
There is no official dress code, but we recommend business casual.
Does this conference provide continuing education credits?
Yes. The 2026 Rural Oncology Conference will offer continuing education credits through the University of Kansas Area Health Education Center.

The 2026 Rural Oncology Conference -will be held in Minneapolis, MN at the Graduate Hotel.
What are the dates for the conference?
The 2025 Rural Oncology Conference will be held on April 18th, 2026.

Hotel rooms are available from the Graduate Hotel. The Graduate is directly connected to the event venue.
